About the property
'Garden Terrace' is an urban oasis designed to both relax and excite. Situated just far enough from the city's bustle, but close enough to feel the Old Town vibes, we offer you two unique rooftop spaces: facing east you can watch sun rising with a cup of macchiato, or gaze into star-filled nights from the Jacuzzi, surrounded by greenery and a relaxing lounge area. Facing west, the sunset can be admired while enjoying an exquisite meal from an outdoor dining and kitchen area featuring komin /ko meen/, a traditional wood oven. All while overlooking some of Zadar's old town architectural jewels and many islands that harbor the setting sun!
Whether you have spent a day sightseeing in the Old Town and coffee sipping like true local (we will happily recommend our favorites!), exploring many nearby National parks or just beaching, end your day by relaxing by the indoor fireplace, enjoying a glass of local vino or digestive. Chrome cast your favourite TV show or music or decompress with a book from our library.
(If really necessary, take that business phone call in the convenience of your home office on the second floor, but don't forget to have an extra relaxing ritual before you call it a night. It's a must at ‘Garden Terrace’! :)
'Garden Terrace' has two bedrooms, both with beautiful en-suite bathrooms, providing you with the comfort and privacy of a luxury hotel stay, with mini personal spa zones for wholesome holidays (we proudly carry complimentary L'Occitane care products and provide you with a cozy bath robe for Jacuzzi).

Apartment 1
My wife and baby girl and I spent over a month in this penthouse apartment in February. First, the practicalities: free parking directly in front of the building, quiet and safe neighborhood (and neighbors); the apartment is sparkling clean and exactly as represented in the photos.
What we loved: great beds, great temperature control inside the apartment, three decks (and a little balcony off the kitchen), and a big huge hot tub on the second-floor deck (retractable roof), outdoor BBQ (on the adjacent deck - you can just see the ocean!), indoor fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is well situated - you can see the whole apartment (and tv) perfectly as you cook (nice touch).
The apartment is close to shopping - a short drive to the Supernova; it's also close to the Riva - swing by one of the little cafes.
My family has traveled the world, and we've seen all kinds of crazy places! It's always so gratifying to experience a well-managed property. Great little touches here like quality knives (sharp!), great plates and wine glasses, robes (for the jacuzzi (naturally), great art on the walls, etc etc.
This is a five-star property and a must-see/must-stay if you are in Zadar for any length of time.
